How to put text behind a person tutorial

Here are the steps:
1.Open your picture,and use the polygon tool to outline the person,then cut [CRTL+X]. The outline doesn't need to be perfect.
2.Hide the selection[CRTL+D] Then press the Big black T at the top and type your text multiple times.
3.Align it anyway you want.
4.Then paste the person and align it so it looks like you never even cut out the picture.
